This is a 12 months, hybrid contract, offering £269-298 per day (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by COB on Friday 20th March. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

**Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate closely with business strategy, finance, and legal teams to align commercial objectives and operational execution.
* Develop and refine commercial deal models, conducting in-depth analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and achieve key performance indicators.
* Oversee the incoming pipeline of commercial deals from content teams, ensuring efficient processing and prioritization.
* Uphold the highest standards of data integrity through meticulous contract and database administration.
* Lead the input and validation of contractual data in partnership with legal and operations teams, guaranteeing accuracy across all internal systems.
* Monitor timelines, deliverables, and execution across internal and external stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of all operational processes.
* Engage with diverse cross-functional teams, translating intricate concepts for both technical and creative audiences, fostering alignment and actionable outcomes tailored to each group.
* Proactively identify and propose new features and ideas to continuously improve existing processes and workflows.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Proven experience in commercial operations, business analysis, or a related field, with a strong understanding of deal modeling and forecasting.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex pipelines and administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience in data administration, ensuring high integrity and accuracy across systems.
* Strong project management skills, capable of tracking multiple deliverables and driving execution across various teams.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate commercial deals and align them with strategic objectives.
* A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and contributing innovative solutions.
