**About the Role**

Are you a strategic leader passionate about empowering partners to succeed with cutting-edge digital solutions? As a key driver of regional partner enablement, you will be the strategic link translating global priorities into actionable local plans. You will design, lead, and execute impactful enablement initiatives, building strong relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders. Your work will directly accelerate partner readiness, enhance their capabilities across sales, presales, and consulting, and ultimately drive significant business impact through effective communication and tailored programs.

This is a 12 months, hybrid contract, offering up to £63.19 per hour, 35hrs/week (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

**What You’ll Do**

* Drive the regional partner enablement strategy and execution, acting as the critical link between global priorities and local market needs.
* Equip partners to effectively sell and deliver solutions through strategic planning, program management, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Design, lead, and execute impactful enablement initiatives, such as bootcamps, technical labs, and on-demand learning, covering sales, presales, and consulting categories.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with key partner personnel, including Practice Leads, as well as internal stakeholders like partner sales leadership, solution consulting teams, and global enablement colleagues.
* Monitor partner readiness and program effectiveness using data from dashboards, certification metrics, enablement adoption, and partner-sourced opportunities.
* Continuously gather feedback from partners and internal teams to refine enablement strategies and content, ensuring ongoing improvement.
* Develop and maintain a regional enablement strategy that is fully aligned with global objectives.
* Plan and execute bootcamps and other enablement events, customizing them to meet specific regional partner requirements.
* Contribute to and update partner practice health dashboards, providing critical insights into partner performance.
* Lead quarterly business reviews with partner sales teams to discuss performance, strategic alignment, and future growth.

**What You’ll Bring**

* Strong program management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and maintain excellent organizational skills.
* Exceptional communication abilities, capable of clear and persuasive interaction across diverse audiences and cultural backgrounds.
* A solid understanding of complex digital solutions.
* Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various teams, even without direct authority.
* Comfort and proficiency in using data, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions and measure success.
* BA/BS Degree or equivalent practical experience.
