Creative Project Manager

Aquent is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client’s dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin that connects creative vision with operational excellence, directly impacting the delivery of stunning visual content that captivates audiences worldwide. You will play a crucial part in streamlining creative workflows, ensuring projects stay on track, and ultimately contributing to the creation of impactful visual narratives.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage image schedules, expectations, resource allocation, and image tracking.
* Track and manage imagery status of projects, providing weekly and daily status updates.
* Communicate effectively with creative and retouching teams.
* Accountable for risk management and unlocking projects that encounter roadblocks.
* Troubleshoot and solve issues, drive process improvement, and recognize emerging solutions.
* Receive, compile, confirm accuracy, and distribute pertinent project information to appropriate parties.
* Work alongside Producers and production teams to develop processes and streamline workflows.
* Schedule and facilitate pre- and post-production meetings with the Production team.
* Stay current with emerging technologies while constantly evolving processes for efficiencies.
* Partner with asset management teams for archiving of all final assets.

**Required Skills:**

* Proficiency with operating systems for creative professionals.
* Experience with mobile operating systems.
* Proficiency with a variety of project management and creative software tools.
