** 6 month Program Activation Manager – Spanish Speaking contract £300 – £350 per day PAYE + Holiday Pay, Hybrid working model in London**

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a team that manages the execution and reporting of high-profile brand partnership campaigns. In this pivotal role, you will directly influence client satisfaction and campaign success, ensuring every project not only meets but exceeds expectations. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming concepts into compelling realities, making a tangible impact on brand visibility and engagement on a global scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the full lifecycle execution and quality control of custom solutions projects, from initial sale through completion, consistently achieving client satisfaction, meeting all timeline milestones, and adhering to approved budgets.
  • Strategically identify, contract, brief, and oversee content creators to ensure high-quality delivery for all campaigns.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with internal and external partners across all project stages to ensure integrated and efficient workflows.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive schedules and budgets for all assigned projects, optimizing resource allocation and financial performance.
  • Orchestrate approvals, coordinate action items, and maintain clear communication channels with production and sales teams to facilitate smooth workflow and final asset release.
  • Provide expert recommendations to clients on production strategies, proactively identifying and offering solutions for potential risks and challenges.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships post-sale, with a focus on profitability, diligent tracking and management of resource utilization, accurate financial reporting, and excellent communication.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • C2 proficiency in Spanish.
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing, Advertising, Gaming, or a similar industry.
  • Exceptional business communication skills.
  • Proven ability as a creative and critical thinker, capable of translating ideas into engaging digital, mobile, native, and social experiences.
  • Clear understanding of the execution process and success metrics for program elements.
  • Experience managing custom solutions projects from sale to project completion, including meeting timelines and managing budgets.
  • Ability to source, contract, brief, and supervise content creators.
  • Strong cross-collaboration skills, working effectively with various partners.
  • Proficiency in creating schedules and budgets.
  • Experience in securing approvals, coordinating action items, and communicating with production and sales.
  • Adept at advising clients on production recommendations, risks, challenges, and solutions.
  • Skilled in managing client relationships post-program sale, focusing on profitability, resource tracking, financial reporting, and communication.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in additional EU languages.
