Are you a highly organized and customer-focused individual with a passion for creating exceptional experiences? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our client’s team as a pivotal player in their customer engagement strategy. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring world-class customer briefings and sales meetings run flawlessly, directly contributing to business development, strategic relationship building, and providing the invaluable insights that fuel innovation and future solutions.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Support the seamless execution of customer briefings and sales/partner meetings by delivering operational and logistics support at the corporate experience center.
* Own end-to-end meeting logistics, including scheduling, room readiness, catering, security, facilities, and on-site coordination.
* Prepare and maintain briefing spaces to operational standards, including room setup, printed materials (name badges, table tents, agendas), and post-meeting breakdown.
* Provide day-of logistics support to ensure briefings and meetings run smoothly, address issues in real-time, and complete end-of-day room reset and cleanup activities.
* Manage catering operations, including vendor coordination, staffing, ordering, delivery, setup, breakdown, billing, and service quality, ensuring dietary requirements are documented and met.
* Manage weekly security reports, guest access, and arrival coordination in compliance with site policies.
* Maintain inventory levels for program supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.
* Support lead management activities.
* Follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
* Execute additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Prior experience supporting customer briefings and/or a strong background in event management.
* Customer-focused, with a solid understanding of customer briefing best practices, policies, and procedures.
* Commitment to supporting established programs and delivering high customer satisfaction.
* Consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism in appearance, communication, and demeanor.
* Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
* Resourceful team player with a collaborative mindset.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload.
* Proficient in standard business applications.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience required.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience using event management platforms or related applications.
* Knowledge of the local hospitality industry.
