**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, upholding customer privacy as a paramount principle.
* Engage with a diverse range of data modalities, including text, speech, audio, image, and video, to support AI development.
* Produce high-quality labeled data, meticulously adhering to provided guidelines and utilizing in-house tools to meet key performance indicators, contributing to the responsible deployment of AI.
* Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in generating insightful human-annotated data across various formats, including text, image, video, and audio.
* Exercise sound judgment and make logical decisions when navigating ambiguous or incomplete information during task execution.
* Exhibit a sharp eye for detail and the agility to seamlessly transition between different task categories as operational needs evolve.
* Provide consistent support for daily operational deliverables across multiple task types assigned to you and the team.
* Analyze root causes of data quality issues, identify recurring error patterns, and proactively propose solutions to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of labeling tasks and their outputs.
* Take ownership in identifying day-to-day process and operational inefficiencies within standard operating procedures and tools, suggesting actionable changes to unblock operations.
* Offer on-the-floor support, clarifying internal queries and providing guidance during task execution as needed.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* An Associate’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
* CEFR C1+ or equivalent advanced fluency in French language.
* Exceptional written and spoken proficiency in English (CEFR C1+).
* Strong business writing skills, with the ability to compose clear reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
* Advanced reading comprehension, enabling analysis of complex business documents.
* Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
* Strong ability to interpret and meticulously implement detailed instructions across various projects.
* Proficient research skills, with proven experience in gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
* Demonstrated attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.
