The Mission
Are you a researcher who thrives on “connecting the dots”? Do you enjoy the challenge of turning raw, multi-country data into a narrative that changes how a global business operates?
As our Customer Insights Specialist, you will be the engine of customer-led decision-making within our International Product Marketing team. You won’t just manage projects; you will own the end-to-end journey of discovery—from designing the initial brief to presenting high-stakes insights to senior global leaders.
Reporting to the Marketing Research Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of data and strategy, ensuring our products and marketing aren’t just seen, but are deeply resonant across diverse international markets.
What You’ll Do
- Architect Research: Lead the design and execution of high-impact research projects, partnering with top-tier global agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Master the Method: Develop robust research briefs, questionnaires, and discussion guides across both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Synthesise at Scale: Go beyond the “what” to find the “why.” You will blend primary research with third-party sources and internal behavioural data to build a 360-degree view of our customers.
- Storytelling for Impact: Distil complex, multi-source data into clear, compelling narratives that drive action among regional marketing leads and business unit heads.
- Be the Strategic Voice: Identify the data gaps and proactively suggest the best research paths to answer the most pressing business questions.
Who You Are
- The Seasoned Researcher: You have 3+ years of experience within a research or insights agency, with a proven track record of managing projects end-to-end.
- Methodology Neutral: You are equally comfortable with a quant-heavy spreadsheet as you are with a qualitative deep-dive.
- Global Mindset: You have experience (or a strong desire) working on multi-country or multi-market projects. Fluency in an additional language is a major plus!
- Analytical Acrobat: You can simplify the complex. You aren’t afraid to “roll up your sleeves” with raw data to find the golden thread of a recommendation.
- Collaborative Partner: You enjoy working with highly technical and analytical teams, acting as the bridge between data science and marketing strategy.
