**What you’ll do:**
* Lead the end-to-end setup and deployment of all Owned & Operated (O&O) traffic campaigns in multiple European languages, including email, push notifications, and onsite placements.
* Serve as the primary liaison for local marketing teams, ensuring seamless coordination on campaign details, compelling copy, and creative assets.
* Champion efficiency by leveraging automation tools and templates to streamline repetitive tasks and maximize productivity.
* Continuously monitor campaign performance in real-time, applying data-driven optimizations to achieve and exceed target metrics.
* Collaborate closely with the central analytics team to generate insightful reports that inform and refine future campaign planning.
* Conduct thorough reviews of all campaign assets to ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and standards, performing rigorous pre-launch checks to preempt and resolve any technical issues or customer experience concerns.
* Act as the local language and market expert, providing essential guidance and troubleshooting support to the central marketing operations team, and meticulously manage the scheduling and coordination of campaigns across multiple markets.
* Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive local messaging and targeting strategies, guided by channel and creative insights, to foster strong customer engagement and drive exceptional topline performance.
**What you’ll bring:**
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* C1 French language proficiency or higher.
* Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
* Demonstrated experience working with a range of marketing tools, including email platforms, web analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
* Proven experience in onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing, and digital advertising.
* Proficiency with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, including macros, charts, and pivot tables.
* Experience utilizing data and metrics to measure impact, identify trends, and drive continuous improvements.
* Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of HTML, XML, and advanced Excel functionalities.
* Proficiency in an additional EU language (Italian, Spanish, or German).
