As a key contributor, you will leverage your expertise to orchestrate the entire content lifecycle, from initial concept to final publication, ensuring every piece aligns with strategic goals and resonates with target audiences. This is a contract, until 9th April 2027, offering £36.54 per hour, 40hrs/week (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver full content creation and production projects across multiple initiatives or overarching programs with minimal assistance.
* Apply expertise in design, development, writing, pre-production, physical production, post-production, publishing, and operations processes for content and media.
* Solve complex production challenges, identifying multiple approaches and recommending creative solutions.
* Drive technical and creative visions, collaborating across teams to communicate knowledge and foster compelling narratives.
* Champion psychological safety and inclusive decision-making, ensuring diverse perspectives thrive and actively mitigating biases.
* Evaluate content for alignment with creative and technical vision, conducting interviews and directing nuanced creative and technical changes.
* Lead and produce content for projects of moderate to high complexity, including a range of video initiatives.
* Develop clearly written pre-production plans with stakeholders, identifying target audiences, schedules, and potential challenges.
* Suggest and apply various production styles and techniques for digital media products.
* Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and third-party resources.
* Execute daily go-to-market strategies, ensuring operational workflows adhere strictly to regulatory requirements.
* Manage high-stakes vendor processes and serve as a central link for operational compliance.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Proficiency in Spanish (Mandatory).
* Demonstrated knowledge of process improvements.
* Proficiency in executing operations, data analysis, synthesis, and planning.
* Ability to run, launch, and scale solutions that improve operational efficiency with minimal guidance.
* Strong partner and relationship management skills.
* Proven strategy and planning capabilities.
* Knowledge of budgeting principles.
* Understanding of business and product landscapes.
* Domain expertise in Marketing.
* Knowledge of content management systems.
* Strong industry knowledge.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in e-commerce or merchandising production.
* Experience with go-to-market strategies and the production of marketing launches.
