Are you a meticulous and data-driven marketing professional ready to make a significant impact on a global scale? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our marketing team and spearhead our email marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving recruitment success for a critical global logistics network, directly influencing talent acquisition and growth across various markets. Your expertise will not only optimize campaign performance but also enhance our brand’s reach and engagement, contributing directly to our strategic objectives.

This is a 6 months contract, offering £187.04 per day, 40hrs/week (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

**Key Responsibilities**
* **Campaign Execution:** Build and deploy email campaigns using marketing automation platforms, ensuring technical accuracy, brand compliance, and optimal deliverability across various markets.
* **Template Development:** Create responsive, conversion-optimized email templates that align with brand guidelines and support diverse campaign objectives.
* **Intake & Project Management:** Manage the email campaign intake process via project management tools, prioritizing requests, tracking timelines, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the campaign lifecycle.
* **Localized Content Management:** Collaborate with native speakers to ensure content is localized to the highest standards across non-English languages.
* **Audience Management:** Build, segment, and maintain email audience lists to ensure precise targeting and compliance with data privacy regulations.
* **Agency Collaboration:** Partner with external email marketing agencies to design and implement complex automated programs with sophisticated segmentation rules and trigger logic.
* **Performance Optimization:** Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven improvements to increase email conversion rates.
* **Quality Assurance:** Conduct thorough testing across devices, email clients, and browsers before deployment to ensure a flawless user experience.

**Must-Have Qualifications**
* Extensive hands-on email marketing experience, including campaign building in marketing automation platforms.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization; experience with responsive email design principles.
* **Platform Expertise:** Demonstrated experience with a marketing automation platform and project management tools.
* **Analytical Mindset:** Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and a proven track record of using data to optimize campaign performance.
* **Attention to Detail:** Meticulous approach to quality assurance, testing, and campaign execution.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**
* **Audience Segmentation:** Experience building complex audience segments and managing large contact databases with attention to data quality.
* **B2B Marketing:** Background in B2B marketing campaigns, preferably in recruitment, lead generation, or demand generation contexts.
* **Market Knowledge:** Understanding of data privacy regulations and experience managing multi-market email campaigns.
