We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive individual to join a pivotal operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless success of creators worldwide, directly impacting their ability to connect with their audiences and grow their presence on the platform. Your contributions will not only optimize operational workflows but also provide critical insights that shape strategic decisions, making a tangible difference in the lives of creators and the evolution of the platform.
This is a 8 months contract, offering up to £173.00 per day, 40hrs/week (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Drive operational excellence by meticulously managing high-volume inbound requests, ensuring swift resolution and precise channel configurations that adhere to established protocols.
* Leverage data to analyze key performance metrics, providing insightful reports and identifying strategic trends to inform leadership decisions.
* Empower creators by executing manual channel configurations and technical setups, equipping them with essential tools for a seamless and successful experience.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration with diverse internal teams globally, ensuring seamless coordination on all operational requests.
* Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and teams, providing timely updates on ticket statuses and operational progress.
* Proactively identify and champion opportunities for workflow optimization, driving continuous improvement in operational processes.
**What You’ll Bring:**
* Proven professional experience in an operational or similar capacity.
* Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage high-volume workloads, coupled with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
* A strong track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
* Self-motivated with the capacity to effectively manage time and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
* Robust reporting and data analysis capabilities.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in customer service or operations roles.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and related tooling.
* Understanding of live streaming platforms and community dynamics.
