We are seeking an Administrative Business Partner to provide crucial support to leadership, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and drive significant impact. In this pivotal role, you will be a strategic partner, ensuring seamless operations and contributing directly to the efficiency and success of the team. Your organizational prowess and collaborative spirit will be essential in maintaining momentum and supporting key objectives within a fast-paced environment.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple leaders, including expert calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meticulous note-taking, and thorough meeting preparation and follow-up.
* Act as a thought partner to leadership, strategically aligning their calendars with their top priorities to maximize productivity.
* Plan and execute engaging team events, offsites, activities, and recognition programs that foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
* Support project-related work, including gathering information and preparing reports, assisting managers in creating robust onboarding plans for new team members, and contributing to broader administrative initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with other administrative professionals on various tasks and projects, leveraging collective strengths.
* Build and nurture effective relationships with diverse teams across the organization to facilitate smooth cross-functional operations.
**Qualifications:**
* **Must-Have:**
* Solid experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including significant experience supporting a team in an administrative capacity.
* Exceptional judgment and a proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and professionally.
* Expert proficiency with various meeting collaboration tools.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to achieve shared goals and deliver on priorities.
* A proven track record of being reliable, meticulously prepared, highly responsive, eager to learn, and consistently encouraging.
* Strong prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills, enabling effective handling of multiple demands.
* Acute attention to detail and thorough follow-through, coupled with a high level of organization.
