Our client is currently looking for a diligent and meticulous individual to join their Digital Operations team in a Pricing & Promo operations role. This position provides a great opportunity to contribute significantly to the successful implementation of our promotional and pricing strategies, working closely with teams from various departments to ensure the effective implementation of initiatives across multiple geographies.
What You’ll Do
Promotional Operations Support
Support Promotional Operations leads in the end-to-end execution of quarterly and ad hoc promotional requests.
Help ensure operational readiness of promotions, including:
- Workflow and dependency checks
- Readiness validation
- Pre-launch testing support
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of promo discount calculations, templates, and execution outputs.
Process & Intake Management
Help manage a Jira-based intake process for promotional requests:
- Tracking incoming requests
- Supporting prioritisation
- Monitoring progress and timelines
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as processes evolve.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to make promo execution simpler, faster, and more reliable.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as an operational point of contact for internal partners, helping to route questions, clarify requirements, and ensure information is accurate and complete.
Support issue identification and escalation where promotional execution risks are identified.
Help identify, log, and follow up on promo-related site or execution issues to ensure timely resolution.
Operational Rhythm & Team Enablement
Support operational communications such as newsletters, updates, or documentation.
Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives that improve how the team works.
Build strong foundational knowledge of client’s promotional processes, systems, and stakeholders.
