**What You’ll Do:**

* Lead comprehensive project management activities, including planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, and meeting facilitation, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.
* Develop and maintain solution content, crafting best practices, tutorials, and documentation to ensure repeatable and efficient processes.
* Contribute to the definition of long-term solution strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence the direction and priority of technical features and solutions.
* Execute robust solutions based on defined user, partner, and client business objectives and technical requirements.
* Identify trends in solution issues, partnering with internal teams to mitigate risks and improve future delivery workflows and innovation.
* Design, customize, and develop technical or non-technical solutions that align with business objectives and legal compliance, while defining constraints and scope with stakeholders.
* Articulate the value of solutions through engaging design sessions and support architecture design and feature requests for product development.
* Generate valuable insights and participate in strategic business reviews, providing proactive consultation to identify new business opportunities and drive the adoption of new technologies.
* Assess and identify gaps in current offerings based on user feedback and metrics, quantifying their impact and contributing to the development and documentation of new features.
* Collaborate with manager-level stakeholders to troubleshoot and develop optimal solutions, enhancing offerings and addressing escalations.
* Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across various organizations to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.
* Advise on best practices to optimize stakeholder and client use of technology, enhancing relationships and identifying new opportunities through continuous engagement.
