**What You’ll Do:**
* Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored for a leading retail e-commerce platform.
* Drive growth, engagement, and conversion across various digital retail channels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to optimize the online customer journey and enhance user experience.
* Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance data to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.
* Develop and implement innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences and strengthen brand presence in the digital retail landscape.
* Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering measurable results and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
**Qualifications:**
**Must-Have:**
* Experience in marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and/or retail marketing environments.
* Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Nice-to-Have:**
* Fluency in any additional European language.
