Are you an imaginative storyteller with a genuine love for cartoons, animation, and youth culture? We are scouting for a hungry, fresh-thinking Junior Creative to join the internal creative agency of a world-leading global media and entertainment broadcasting network.

The Creative Manager isn’t looking for decades of corporate experience—they are looking for a creative spark, an analytical eye for what makes video clips click, and an infectious enthusiasm for legendary kids’ brands.

What’s in it for you?

  • The Brand Power: Put world-class, globally recognised animation and entertainment IPs on your resume.
  • The Mentorship: Work directly alongside senior creatives in a collaborative team covering UK, European, and African markets.
  • The Creative Freedom: While you’ll work to specific briefs, you will have the room to pitch fresh, wild campaign ideas in open team brainstorms.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Slicing together high-energy video compilations and promotional short-form assets inside Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Writing snappy scripts, brainstorming campaign ideas, and diving headfirst into team creative sessions.
  • Stepping into the studio to direct voiceover artists and collaborate with sound engineers to bring your promos to life.
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of what hooks young audiences on digital platforms like YouTube and TikTok.

What you’ll bring:

  • The Mindset: A fresh, hungry attitude with a deep passion for animation, cartoons, and youth entertainment brands.
  • Technical Baseline: Fundamental hands-on experience using Adobe Premiere Pro (you don’t need to be a master, but you must be able to cut clips together confidently without baseline training).
  • Communication Skills: The confidence to pitch your ideas in meetings and direct talent/engineers in the studio.
  • The Extras: Basic knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, or an understanding of TikTok/YouTube trends is a massive bonus!
