Key Responsibilities

Content Production

  • Lead the end-to-end production of cross-functional content for internal campaigns, programmes and initiatives.
  • Manage the full content lifecycle, from briefing and production through to translation and publication across digital channels.

  • Coordinate the creation and publication of editorial, operational and reference content across multiple markets and languages.

Programme Management

  • Manage the planning and delivery of multi-workstream programmes across EMEIA.
  • Oversee timelines, workflows, dependencies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop scalable processes, playbooks and documentation.
  • Proactively identify and resolve production, localisation and delivery challenges.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the central point of coordination between regional and global stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across creative, marketing, communications, operations and retail teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including producers, writers, designers and engagement strategists to deliver against milestones and deadlines.
  • Ensure clear communication, alignment and smooth execution throughout the content lifecycle.

Executional Excellence

  • Own delivery from briefing through to publishing and final execution.
  • Manage content publishing through CMS platforms, ideally including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Oversee agency and vendor deliverables to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Gather insights and feedback to improve content performance, workflows and future programmes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in content production and programme management within a global brand, agency or fast-paced communications environment.
  • Strong editorial and content lifecycle management skills.
  • Experience delivering multi-language content and campaigns across EMEIA.
  • Hands-on experience managing creative assets, publishing workflows and CMS platforms, ideally AEM.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with content and programme management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
