**What You’ll Do**
* Establish new client-side relationships with brands and advertisers strategically aligned with premium sports.
* Drive the sales process, designing and delivering a streamlined, end-to-end sales workflow for all upcoming live events. This includes establishing clear sales timelines, proactively managing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring simultaneous market offers to maximize revenue within tight, fast-moving sales windows.
* Act as the central connector, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accountability for live events, bridging the sales team with the Market Activation team.
* Share valuable industry experience from clients and media agencies to help shape “our way of selling” for live programming.
* Educate clients and partners alongside Sales Partners to package and pitch traditional sponsorships alongside more sophisticated integrations.
* Refine external go-to-market materials, partnering with Market Activation to ensure sales materials provide transparent, comprehensive commercial guidelines, including explicit unit-level pricing and clear Run-of-Network (RON) or additional strategic media match terms.
* Contribute to team culture by practicing extraordinary candor, willingly giving and receiving constructive feedback, and openly sharing post-campaign learnings.
**Must-Have Qualifications**
* Solid experience in live sports commercialization, ad sales strategy, or monetization.
* Proven track record of owning and designing complex go-to-market launches from idea to execution and iterating based on performance.
* Deep market knowledge: A strong understanding of the TV/CTV ecosystem, specifically how major HoldCos and top-200 spenders value premium live sports inventory.
* Evidence of good judgment: Ability to look beyond short-term fixes, solve complex problems pragmatically, and make wise decisions despite ambiguity.
* Strong communication skills: You can seamlessly connect technical, operational, and commercial teams, and you are comfortable committing to a strategy even if you initially disagreed with it.
* Pre-existing, senior-level relationships across major HoldCos (which control ~70% of TV/CTV spend) to rapidly unlock heavily pre-allocated budgets during short sales windows.
* Experience working in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment.
