About the Team

The EMEA Web Production Team builds and maintains high-quality digital experiences that help Workday connect with customers and prospects across the region.

Our vision is to build a scalable and optimised global web platform that delivers exceptional AI-enabled digital experiences, driving pipeline growth and engagement for Workday across all regions and audiences.

As part of this team, you will work with collaborative digital subject matter experts.

The team works closely with EMEA Digital Marketing, EMEA Project Managers, and global partners to support digital experiences that drive product demand and help grow the sales pipeline across the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, and other EMEA markets.

In the year ahead, the team will focus on meaningful platform and experience improvements, including the migration from AEM 6.5 to AEM Cloud Services, the rollout of dynamic content in AEM Cloud, and the build and launch of key regional event experiences such as EMEA Rising, Elevate and Horizon.

This is a team where strong partnership, attention to detail, and a shared focus on quality come together to create digital experiences that make Workday easier to discover, understand, and engage with.

About the Role

  • As an EMEA Web Producer, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects across multiple EMEA markets.
  • You will help bring regional campaigns, product updates, event experiences, localization requests, and web improvements to life while ensuring content is accurate, accessible, consistent, and built to a high technical standard.
  • You will manage a high volume of regional updates and major launches, balancing day-to-day production work with larger platform initiatives.
  • You will play an important role in helping the EMEA web presence scale effectively as Workday continues to grow and evolve its digital experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and prioritize daily web production tasks in project management systems, providing clear visibility to partners and project teams.
  • Edit, build, and publish content for major regional initiatives, including product updates, campaign launches, and high-profile events such as Elevate and Horizon, and create campaign landing pages with accurate tracking to support regional marketing programs.
  • Support the migration from AEM 6.5 to AEM Cloud Services and build dynamic content experiences in AEM Cloud, helping ensure content and site experiences transition with care and consistency.
  • Lead localization workflows for regional web content, including product page expansion and ongoing updates across EMEA sites.
  • Improve search and content performance by applying tags, adopting new page templates (including SEO topic pages across EMEA locales), and using page analytics and performance insights to recommend improvements to page and template designs.
  • Proactively review and test site experiences to identify bugs and improve site health, and partner with global marketing, engineering, creative, and regional teams to deliver new features, AEM component enhancements, and brand updates.

  • Experience editing and publishing digital content across multiple regions or locales, with EMEA market experience.
  • Experience managing multiple complex web projects at the same time, such as SEO content, localization updates, event launches, campaign pages, or brand refresh work.
  • Experience using project management systems to manage daily priorities and provide visibility to project partners.

Other Qualifications

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Experience supporting or participating in an AEM 6.5 to AEM Cloud Services migration, including building Experience Fragments in Adobe Target or otherwise supporting personalized digital experiences

  • Prioritization & Multitasking: Experience with Adobe Workfront, or comparable project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Smartsheet, to manage priorities, timelines, and dependencies across several projects at once
  • Detail-Oriented: Well-developed web publishing and quality assurance skills, with the ability to identify bugs, resolve content issues, and support accessible, consistent digital experiences
