Are you a seasoned compliance professional ready to make a significant impact on critical third-party relationships? We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive individual to bolster our third-party and outsourcing management framework. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our vendor ecosystem operates with impeccable integrity and adherence to stringent regulatory standards, particularly focusing on DORA and EBA requirements. You’ll drive day-to-day execution, identify crucial gaps, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to fortify our operational resilience and compliance posture. This is an exceptional opportunity to take ownership, implement robust frameworks, and directly contribute to the security and stability of our payment services.
What You’ll Do:
- Enhance the existing vendor list, ensuring all relevant data is accurately captured and maintained.
- Review all vendors providing services to the organization to ensure they are fully in scope of our management framework.
- Drive remediation efforts for third-party vendors, ensuring all contracts are compliant with DORA and EBA regulatory requirements.
- Run Business Impact Analysis (BIA) alignment with third-party requirements.
- Ensure all vendor-related governance and oversight activities are accurately documented and maintained in the master vendor inventory, including reporting, risk assessments, remediation actions, ownership, oversight activities, key deadlines, and ongoing monitoring requirements.
- Develop comprehensive Exit Plans in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
- Execute thorough Risk Assessments of critical vendors.
- Set up and maintain robust Vendor reporting dashboards, including Service Level Metrics.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience in DORA third-party management requirements.
- Proven expertise across vendor onboarding, scope definition, risk assessment, contractual requirements, and ongoing oversight.
- Highly operational, proactive, and a self-starter comfortable owning and executing day-to-day activities independently.
- Demonstrated ability to identify gaps, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure third-party management activities are appropriately documented, remediated, and monitored.
