Aliza is responsible for Aquent's UK operation. As UK Managing Director, she oversees the day to day running of the business, including budget and strategy, as well as the hands on management of the corporate sales team. She has a strong focus on business development and uses this to drive growth and deliver great results while successfully creating and nurturing amazing client relationships. She believes in leading from the front and aims to set a positive, practical and professional example for the wider team. She focuses her efforts on helping all employees be the best they can be and feel empowered to excel in their area. Aliza ensures all teams have the knowledge and skills they need to deliver great matches between clients and talent in the UK market.
