We are recruiting for a Program Manager with strong data management, process improvement, and stakeholder communication skills to oversee social responsibility (SR) and human rights escalations. This 6 month contract is based 5 days a week in their London office and is paying between £400 – 740 daily PAYE.

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas:

Escalations Data & Business Updates

Own and manage data and content related to the SR escalations programme

Perform trend analysis to identify patterns in escalations

Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders (legal, compliance, business teams)

Process Improvement & Quality Control

Identify gaps and pain points in current processes

Streamline workflows and improve efficiency

Implement proactive solutions to prevent recurring escalations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with SR Escalations Manager, Risk & Policy teams, Legal, Business, and Compliance teams

Communicate complex problems clearly to different teams

Ensure escalations are managed effectively end to end
