Join Our Clients Team: Senior Program Manager – Fleet Marketing

Are you ready to join a dynamic team driving innovation in one of the world’s largest out-of-home marketing channels? Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to spearhead financial, programmatic, and vendor management initiatives within their Van Marketing channel.

As the Senior Program Manager for Fleet Marketing, you will lead the innovation, development, and implementation of programs to scale a measurable van marketing channel in the UK and EU. Your responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, improving operational processes, monitoring key performance indicators, and executing deadlines amidst ambiguity. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Europe and North America, including Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to manage the lifecycle of van marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the execution of business, fiscal, and administrative functions within the UK and EU van marketing program.
  • Develop capabilities to execute and enhance van marketing initiatives globally.
  • Manage complex marketing installation activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive planning, resolution, and execution with your team.
  • Define and measure internal and external performance standards.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of all activities within the program area.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing, Product Management, Program Management, and Operations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Program or Project Management experience.
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience in owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Excel’s analysis tools, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH.
  • UK Driver’s license: Some travel required within the UK to Delivery Stations occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in driving process improvements.
  • Ability to create advanced charts and utilize forecast & trend tools in Excel.
