Our Creative Agency’s QA team ensures that all deliverables produced by the studio accord with technical standards and brand guidelines, fulfil their brief and are free from error.

As a QA Operative:

  • You will be required to review, proofread and quality check every type of marketing material that passes through the studio, both digital and print (including emails, display banners, press ads, out-of-home ads and more)
  • You will ensure that all content is free from grammatical errors, spelling mistakes and punctuation errors and aligns with our guidelines
  • You will also do some fact-checking (eg programme information, broadcast times, team logos, etc) to ensure accuracy and veracity
  • You will collaborate with artworkers, developers and producers to improve the overall quality of studio output
  • You will provide feedback and suggestions for improving the clarity of studio output and to maintain adherence to established guidelines and standards

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Log and track all incoming jobs for the team on the studio’s resource and scheduling tool
  • Ensure our technical standards are met in final layouts for display, print and email advertising campaigns
  • Ensure that final digital and print deliverables comply with brand specifications

Minimum requirements:

 

  • Must possess a good understanding of English grammar and be educated to at least bachelor’s degree level
  • Must be a good communicator
  • Must possess an excellent eye for detail and a methodical, disciplined approach
  • Must possess basic-to-intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Campaign Manager, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must be able to work within a team while demonstrating enthusiasm, commitment and flexibility
  • Must possess a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to manage time effectively under pressure
