Work Schedule: Hybrid (Remote on Monday & Friday, Onsite on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building and maintaining strong partnerships? Join our client as a Strategic Partnerships Development Associate and become a key player in driving business growth and success through effective partner relationships. As part of their team in London, you will work on end-to-end partner engagement, manage project components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute prioritized project work, ensuring timelines, goals, and objectives are met.
- Deliver full pieces of partner projects with minimal assistance.
- Contribute to the identification, creation, negotiation, and implementation of effective business development agreements.
- Support partner engagement by tracking business metrics and building business forecasts.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners.
- Own the end-to-end partner experience, including negotiating and finalizing contracts, executing account plans, and resolving partner issues.
- Develop partner strategies, conduct industry research, and contribute to product strategy.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Ability to understand stakeholder needs through dialogue and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience in interpreting legal documents and collaborating with attorneys to ensure contract accuracy.
- Strong questioning techniques to understand underlying beliefs and motivations during discussions.
- Ability to combine technical and financial data to differentiate and position company products and solutions.
- Experience in navigating through the sales process and reaching mutually agreed outcomes.
- Knowledge of managing several related projects or programs with the intention of signing deals.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with different stakeholders and businesses, demonstrating approachability and authenticity.
- Confidence in interacting with senior leaders, addressing difficult questions, and maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.
