Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Event Planning Manager to lead their event strategy and execution in EMEA. If you have a passion for creating memorable experiences, expertise in managing teams, and a knack for driving results, this is your chance to make an impact with a leading marketing platform!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of event planning, including site selection, food, transportation, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Monitor and control event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and generating reports on expenses.
  • Manage a team of local contractors and coordinate with external agencies and US counterparts.
  • Build and execute the EMEA event strategy in alignment with international growth strategy.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the EMEA market to create localized event assets and drive impact.
  • Manage and execute in-person, hybrid, and virtual events to boost demand in EMEA.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans that adhere to GDPR guidelines for event promotion.
  • Measure and analyze event outcomes, providing insights to improve future events and meet lead generation and customer growth targets.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in in-person and virtual events, with a proven track record in lead generation.
  • Experience managing hybrid and virtual events, with a strong network in the B2B events industry.
  • Relentlessly focused on data, funnel optimization, and the sales and marketing process.
  • A strong bias for action, with a history of rapid testing and learning to achieve results.
  • Ability to lead new projects and programs with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
