We’re looking for a visionary Channel Marketing, Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our client’s vibrant team and make a profound impact on our partnerships with resellers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee automated customer retention, migration, and upsell journeys.
  • Analyze data to discover growth opportunities within our installed base and among partners.
  • Manage comprehensive campaign operations, including content creation, agency collaboration, and campaign automation.
  • Lead the tracking and reporting of campaign performance, emphasizing partner and geographic contributions.
  • Build and manage creative renewal and nurture streams tailored for both Document Cloud and Creative Cloud businesses.

Required skills: 

  • Experience in channel marketing or a similar role.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in customer journey mapping and experience optimizing digital marketplace journeys.
  • Proven success in managing creative agencies and leading campaign briefings.
  • Demonstrable experience in driving results through innovative channel marketing strategies.
