Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnerships our Partnerships Contractor is responsible for the successful execution of a key external brand partnership in the run space. The Partnerships Contractor will
be the day-to-day contact for our external partner, as well as the project manager overseeing all internal marketing processes, to ensure the partnership is delivered to a high standard in adherence to the partnership agreement. This person should have knowledge in the marketing partnerships space, spanning digital marketing, physical activations and product collaborations. This person will lead effective
project management with Product, Strategic Sales, Creative, Brand, PR, Events, Community & Sports Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
• You will project manage the partnership from end-to-end, ensuring 100% adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of the project in line with the partnership agreement.
• You will be the day-to-day contact for our external partner, handling enquiries, coordinating marketing approvals and updating on project status daily.
• You will be the day-to-day contact for key internal partners, including Product, Strategic Sales, Creative, Brand, PR, Events, Community, Sports Marketing & Store Teams.
• You will directly oversee all marketing workstreams to ensure adherence to internal processes, including creative briefing, creative and brand approvals, product personalisation and content creation.
• You will track project milestones; manage unforeseen delays, realign schedules and expectations with all stakeholders as needed.
• You will contribute to the success of the partnership by monitoring KPIs, including earned media, impressions, event attendance, product sales and more.
• You will establish, implement and sustain weekly project check-ins with internal cross-functional stakeholders, communicating major updates and coordinating approvals amongst affected staff and stakeholders.
• You will be the partnership subject matter expert, acting as the source of truth for all internal and external stakeholders.
• You will manage reporting, partner invoicing and product orders, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
Scope of Work:
• Facilitate twice weekly campaign status meetings (1 x Internal, 1 x External)
• Monitor and ensure delivery of 100% of the contracted requirements from the third party
– Availability to attend all physical events in the partnership programme
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Passion for running is preferred
