Job Description

This role involves developing the strategic vision, innovating new shopping experiences, and enhancing the customer journey for the client’s Online Store. You will lead execution and project management initiatives related to product development and operations within the financial space. You will also shape strategic business priorities and develop multi-year business plans to drive growth and revenue targets, while optimising the performance of our existing e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution and project management initiatives related to product development and operations within the financial space
  • Identify data-driven insights and synthesise conclusions into actionable recommendations
  • Define how customers navigate, learn, shop, configure, and purchase products via our digital platforms
  • Prepare and deliver detailed strategic briefs and presentations to inform and mobilise cross-functional partners, supporting business priorities, opportunities, and performance improvements
  • Hold regular meetings with peers in Asia and Europe during overlapping business hours to ensure global alignment

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in a strategy, customer experience, or customer journey role
  • Previous experience working on large- scale projects 
  • Proven expertise in e-commerce, checkout, payments or financial space in general 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth through data-driven insights
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the B2C e-commerce industry, including shopping trends, consumer behaviour, and conversion optimisation
  • Experience in P&L management, finance/fintech, subscriptions, and/or loyalty programmes

Education: BA/BSc degree required; MBA preferred
