Are you a paid media expert with a passion for digital marketing? We’re looking for an experienced Media Planning Manager to join our client’s in-house team and lead innovative campaigns across a wide range of global platforms, primarily focused on Paid Social. As part of the global media team, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimising media strategies that drive impactful results for consumer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead media strategy and execution for campaigns on social media platforms
- Optimise campaigns, manage budgets (£1M+), and track performance to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Decision Science, and Insights teams.
- Partner with the media agency to ensure successful campaign management.
- Shape learning agendas and leverage data insights to inform strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in digital media, with experience in paid social.
- Strong experience with digital platforms.
- Proven track record managing large-scale campaigns and optimising for performance.
- Solid analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and campaign measurement.
- Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas) and basic SQL skills are a plus.
