Are you a highly skilled Event professional ready to lead impactful events that drive demand and customer engagement? Our client is seeking two Event Managers to join their growing team, delivering best-in-class in-person, hybrid, and virtual events across EMEA. These roles are key to executing the company’s growth strategy and creating meaningful connections with prospects and customers.

This is a 12-month contract, offering 85,500 p/a, pro rata (PAYE).

What You’ll Do

As an Event Marketing Manager, you’ll:

  • Plan and execute outstanding events: Oversee large-scale and small-format in-person events, hybrid experiences, and virtual gatherings.
  • Deliver seamless end-to-end event execution: Develop workback plans, manage budgets, and handle logistics, from venue selection to speaker prep and beyond.
  • Develop localized strategies: Build market insights and collaborate across EMEA teams to tailor events that resonate with regional audiences.
  • Foster collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to co-create high-impact experiences.
  • Drive measurable results: Manage pipeline generation, lead scoring, and funnel optimization through targeted event strategies and post-event analyses.
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans: Develop cross-channel strategies that comply with GDPR and align with event objectives and KPIs.
  • Track and analyze success: Rigorously manage budgets, measure outcomes, and leverage insights to inform future strategies.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience: managing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events with a strong track record in lead generation and demand creation.
  • Strong organizational skills: Expertise in project management, event production, and maintaining detailed timelines.
  • Collaboration and adaptability: Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external teams in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Data-driven mindset: Relentless focus on analytics, funnel optimization, and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • SaaS and B2B marketing knowledge: Previous experience in software or SaaS industries, with expertise in marketing automation and lead nurturing.
  • Strategic thinking: Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to bring big-picture goals to life through tailored event strategies.
