We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented E-Business Analyst to join our dynamic Global Digital team at our leading beauty client! If you love e-commerce and have experience in retail analytics, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities

E-com Sales Reporting & P&L Analysis:
Generate regular SISO reports across markets and platforms (DTC, E-Retail, Amazon). Analyze P&L statements to identify growth opportunities, improve financial performance, and recommend strategies to drive profitability. -
E-Business Dashboard Development:
Enhance and maintain reporting dashboards (PowerBI), ensuring key metrics are updated monthly and accessible to stakeholders. -
Platform KPI Analysis & Monitoring:
Leverage tools like Amazon Tech or D2C Tech to evaluate site performance, identify optimization areas, and develop strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates. -
Digital Shelf Insights & SEO:
Analyze online presence across platforms, including search engine rankings and product visibility. Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and visibility. -
Launch & Campaign Results:
Assess the performance of online product launches and marketing campaigns, including their influence on category growth and market share. -
Market & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive audits during key moments (e.g., Black Friday). Provide insights to drive innovative, best-in-class go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in retail or e-commerce analytics/business intelligence.
- Proficient in reconciling and reporting data from multiple sources, including Excel, Skypad, and PowerBI.
- Experience with Tableau, GA(4), or similar tools for data transformation and visualization.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate advanced analytics to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a keen understanding of its dynamics.
Compensation
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.20 to $44.67 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
