We are seeking a motivated, innovative, and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for client’s Live Sports and Live Events content. This role focuses on leveraging client’s Owned & Operated digital channels to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns.

You will plan and execute on-site digital campaigns, become proficient in using in-house tools, and optimise processes for maximum efficiency. Collaboration with global teams will be essential to ensure insights and learnings are shared and applied across regions.

To excel in this role, you must have a blend of marketing expertise and product management skills, alongside a strong aptitude for technology. Your ability to analyse data, solve problems, and deliver results will be crucial in achieving tangible business growth for your channel.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning and Execution

    • Develop and implement on-site campaign plans for Live Sports and Live Events 
    • Deliver robust multi-touch campaigns aimed at increasing content discoverability and driving engagement across multiple European markets
  • Channel Growth and Performance

    • Continuously optimise channel strategies to improve performance against key metrics
    • Manage a documented and well-planned testing roadmap for campaigns
    • Provide detailed analysis and insights into channel performance to inform future strategies
  • Creative Asset Management

    • Liaise with creative production teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing assets tailored to campaign needs
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with Product teams to implement scalable marketing programmes
  • Reporting and Communication

    • Write proposals, testing roadmaps, and campaign reviews for senior leadership, including VP-level stakeholders
    • Share insights and learnings globally to raise the bar for marketing effectiveness

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, consulting, or marketing research
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to evaluate campaign impact and identify improvements
  • Experience presenting performance metrics and progress to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or similar tools
  • Familiarity with digital marketing scheduling tools and campaign management across multiple territories
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in strategy documentation and updates
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve blocking issues, manage escalations, and deliver results within tight timelines
  • Experience collaborating with technology teams to improve tools and features
  • Passion for Live Music, Sports, and the digital entertainment industry
  • Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Swedish)
  • Knowledge of SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight)
