A Strategic Partner Development Manager specializing in Ads is responsible for cultivating and managing partnerships that enhance our client’s advertising products and services.
Key responsibilities typically include:

Negotiation and Implementation: Identifying, negotiating, and launching new data partnerships to support advertising initiatives, with a focus on privacy-centric measurement products

Partnership Management: Overseeing and optimizing ongoing partnerships to ensure operational excellence, including establishing success metrics, enforcing service level agreements, and tracking key performance indicators.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with product management teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that complement client advertising goals.

Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with C-level executives and various management levels to drive strategic partnership growth and keep stakeholders informed of key developments.

Problem Resolution: Identifying and escalating operational issues, presenting recommendations to management, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain partnership health.
Skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in the online advertising industry and Ad products
- Experience in business development and partner management
- Experience with contracting
- Experience operating within and across cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc)
- Effective analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
