In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire content management process, from briefing and resource coordination to final asset delivery. You will also play a key role in optimizing content production processes, streamlining workflows, and driving operational excellence. Your expertise will ensure the efficient and impactful delivery of marketing assets across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead End-to-End Content Production – Manage the entire content production process using project management tools, from briefing production partners to coordinating resources and delivering final assets.
  • Build Strong Business Relationships – Foster collaboration with Marketing, Creative Studio, Media, and Agency teams to align on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Champion Communication & Planning – Provide structured updates, streamline content review and approval processes, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure timely asset delivery.
  • Drive Operational Excellence – Continuously improve content production workflows, manage project financial planning, and optimize collaboration with agency production managers.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Project Management Expertise – Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale content production projects using project management tools
  • Strong Communication Skills – Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving – Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to optimization.
  • Collaboration & Leadership – Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Prioritization & Organization – Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in project management within a creative, content production, or marketing environment.
  • Strong background in content production and asset management.
  • Design sensibility and attention to detail (design experience is a plus).
  • Fluent in English (German or French is a plus).
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools is a plus.
