Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Planning:
-
Lead the planning and execution of high-impact event.

Develop and implement event strategies that align with the client’s marketing and business objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure all events contribute to business goals.

End-to-End Event Execution:

Oversee all logistics, from event design and content creation to vendor management and post-event analysis.
-
Coordinate event timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless execution.

Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI on events.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement:
-
Work closely with senior executives and leadership teams to define event objectives and ensure their vision is translated into impactful event experiences.

Provide executive-level reporting and updates on event progress, outcomes, and strategic value.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with various teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure events are aligned with broader business initiatives and messaging.

Ensure smooth collaboration between teams to optimize event outcomes.

Audience Engagement & Communication:

Develop and execute communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with Google’s brand.

Build and nurture relationships with key external partners and vendors to elevate event experiences.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
-
7+ years of experience in event management, with a focus on B2B events in the tech or large enterprise sectors.

Desired Industry Experience: Large B2B companies (Salesforce, Microsoft, Amazon, SAP, Workday, Oracle).

Proven track record in planning and executing high-profile events, such as conferences, webinars, trade shows, and client-specific experiences.

Experience with B2B marketing strategies, particularly in the technology industry.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, event management, or a related field.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Project management skills with a focus on execution, timelines, and budget management.
