About the Role:
As the UK Sample Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind a streamlined and efficient sample management process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery and tracking of samples, identify and resolve roadblocks, and implement best practices for future seasons. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills will be essential to the success of this initiative.
This is a part time role: 4 days a week, 5hrs a day with flexibility
Responsibilities:
- Manage the strategy for allocating and assorting samples in partnership with the Integrated Brand Marketing Manager.
- Oversee the tracking and receipt of all samples from vendors, ensuring alignment with marketing timelines.
- Manage the delivery, tracking, and return of borrowed samples to external partners, including international shipping and customs navigation.
- Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks in the sample management process.
- Communicate sample variances that may impact marketing processes effectively.
- Maintain organized sample closets and logs to track sample inventory and identify discrepancies.
- Generate regular reports on sample status and share updates with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the development of tools and best practices for future sample management processes.
- Support post-seasonal analysis and gather learnings for continuous improvement.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Sample coordination experience or retail coordination experience
- Strategic and creative process thinking
- A very great sense of adaptability and flexibility
