This role sits at the intersection of content, marketing, and product, offering a unique opportunity to influence how titles are presented and promoted. You’ll be the expert on promotional performance, using data and insights to optimize title visibility and engagement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that promotional strategies align with overall business objectives and resonate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion title launches, ensuring adherence to merchandising principles and guidelines, with a focus on high-priority titles. Serve as a point of escalation and guidance for local teams.
  • Become a master of title merchandising dashboards and metrics, providing expert analysis and insights on title performance to partners across content, marketing, and customer service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product behavior and serve as a resource for local teams on product-related questions and challenges.
  • Identify and analyze local member behavior trends, providing valuable feedback to the global team to refine promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with partners on title merchandising initiatives, facilitating feedback and approvals across teams.
  • Analyze and interpret local title promotion performance holistically, considering the interplay of assets, setup, and product behavior.
  • Share insights and recommendations on how to refine promotional strategies for optimal impact with local audiences.
  • Educate local teams on product knowledge and adapt global insights for regional application.
  • Act as the point of escalation for promotional performance questions, exceptions, and clarifications regarding merchandising playbooks.
  • Represent product insights in external settings, such as creator meetings and industry presentations.
  • Advocate for your region’s unique needs and context, contributing to the development of global best practices.
  • Provide valuable input on partner ideas and requests related to catalog and title merchandising programs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Promotional Strategy, Merchandising, Product Management, or Entertainment Marketing, including experience launching episodic content on digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret quantitative data, crafting compelling narratives and insightful questions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders from various backgrounds.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and entertainment discovery habits.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and drive alignment in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong curiosity and a desire to learn new domains, stay abreast of industry innovations, and deepen understanding.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience working in a global or multinational organization.
