As a key member of the commercial sales team, you will drive the performance of consumer financial programs, impacting millions of customers across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. You will be instrumental in optimizing payment and trade-in options, collaborating with partners, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and influence the evolution of consumer finance programs within a prominent global organization. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive program growth. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of monthly payment and trade-in programs across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program operation.
- Lead the implementation of program changes and enhancements.
- Develop and manage relationships with key financial partners.
- Negotiate contracts and prioritize projects with strategic partners.
- Manage operational aspects of the programs, including issue resolution and pricing.
- Analyze program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with retail and online sales teams to drive program adoption and success.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial sales or program management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
