We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for a temporary position to assist with migrating business policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from our START platform to the Policy 2.0 platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain focus while performing data transfer tasks.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Accurately copying and pasting policies and SOPs between platforms
  • Verifying data accuracy, maintaining a tracking log, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong typing skills are required.

Critical Need:
The migration of policies and SOPs between platforms is a time-sensitive initiative that requires dedicated focus to ensure operational continuity and compliance. All content requires migration as these documents:

  • Form the foundation of our operational standards
  • Are critical for compliance and audit requirements
  • Support daily operations across all departments
