We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Associate to join our clients London-based team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a background in sales enablement, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional collaboration within digital product or content environments.

This is a dynamic and strategic role that involves managing performance, shaping marketing direction, and identifying future investment opportunities to drive sales velocity and customer impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-channel (GTC) strategies to drive product sales, including analysing customer behaviour, mapping the path to purchase, and optimising touchpoints across the customer journey.

  • Support launch readiness by defining sales goals and ensuring the necessary tools, resources, and capabilities are in place across various channels.

  • Manage feedback loops to capture customer insights, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with product development.

  • Collaborate with regional and global sales leaders to align on strategy and execution. Ensure strong coordination across marketing, product, and sales functions.

  • Implement regional strategies in line with overarching global category objectives.

  • Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with relevant regional laws and standards.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong experience in marketing, category management, or sales strategy within digital products or content.

  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to use data and insights to shape strategy.

  • Experience conducting customer and competitive analysis, including path-to-purchase mapping.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency with Google Suite – particularly Sheets and Presentations.

  • Excellent organisational skills; ability to manage high volumes of work and multiple priorities.

  • Strong documentation and narrative-building abilities; confident in storytelling with data.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in GTM strategy, sales enablement, or marketing for digital content/products.

  • Familiarity with regional and global marketing alignment practices.
