We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join a high-performing Global Business Group on a 6-month contract. This role will focus on a number of fashion accounts that operate across multiple countries and channels, offering significant growth potential and requiring in-depth support.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and enthusiastic problem-solver who puts client needs first. With a strong background in marketing, media, or consulting, this person is comfortable translating business challenges into actionable marketing opportunities, grounded in data and measurable results.
The Client Solutions Manager will work closely with internal client leads and cross-functional teams to build and maintain strong relationships, provide actionable insights, and drive revenue and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders and client leads to manage and grow relationships with assigned accounts.
- Execute full-funnel marketing strategies (brand and performance) based on a data-driven customer journey approach.
- Lead strategic planning and build short- and long-term roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring efficient communication and coordination across teams.
- Deliver campaign performance analyses and develop insights that inform business decisions.
- Present marketing strategies and performance updates to client and agency partners, including senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to revenue growth by identifying opportunities and optimizing marketing investment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of marketing solutions, industry trends, and platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in marketing, media, and/or consulting.
- Proven expertise in full-funnel marketing, both brand and performance-driven.
- Comfortable analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights; advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Strong project management skills with experience in campaign execution and internal/external stakeholder management.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into marketing opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Deep interest in digital marketing and emerging technologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
