We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to help our client drive operational excellence and ensure seamless execution across transactional activities, supporting both financial and operational targets. This role is essential in contributing to the success of our commercial strategy while delivering a premium experience for customers and partners.

This position requires strong account management and commercial understanding to deliver efficient operations and support sustainable, profitable growth. You will serve as a dedicated Supply Chain contact across your assigned accounts and channels, working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Supply Chain representative within Integrated Account Squads/Teams, ensuring commercial and financial plans are translated into operational action.
  • Manage execution across all seasonal milestones (pre-, in-, and post-season), including order entry, order book management, shipping, and delivery.
  • Drive service model excellence and operational performance by partnering with Logistics and Transportation teams across the region.
  • Collaborate with external partner teams and internal seasonal execution teams to ensure smooth operations and aligned goals.
  • Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional forums to support a balanced marketplace and healthy inventory management.
  • Share scenarios and solutions with partners to manage risks and identify opportunities.
  • Apply a mindset of continuous improvement and lead small-scale initiatives using basic project management skills.
  • Contribute hands-on to broader transformation initiatives through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and change enablement.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain planning and operations, ideally within a retail or consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of end-to-end performance management.
  • Service-oriented approach, with a clear focus on the customer experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage scenarios and support decision-making.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions, including Planning, Finance, Logistics, Transportation, and Technology.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
