As a Media Effectiveness Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how a leading company connects with its audience, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and return on investment. Your expertise in media measurement and analysis will be essential in driving data-driven decisions and contributing to the company’s marketing success. This is a 11 months, hybrid contract, offering 45,19 EUR/ hour. 
As a Media Effectiveness Specialist, you will:

  • Partner with client teams to understand business objectives and develop media strategies that align with those goals.
  • Design and implement measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of media campaigns across various channels.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, identifying key insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Utilize marketing mix modeling, attribution, brand measurement, and incrementality testing to evaluate media effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports that communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement in media performance.
  • Proactively identify and evaluate emerging media trends and technologies, recommending innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Support product activation activities, educating internal teams on new products and betas, and building competitive intelligence.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and measurement strategies.
  • Proven experience with marketing mix modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with other media effectiveness research methodologies, such as Attribution, Brand Measurement, and Incrementality testing.
  • Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in conducting client workshops and training sessions.
  • Deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to identify and recommend creative solutions to improve product and customer strategy.
