Make a real impact as a Writer and Internal Comms specialist with a global innovator pushing the boundaries of technology! Partnering with Aquent, you’ll join a dynamic team focused on crafting compelling internal communications that inform, engage, and inspire. As a key member of the Internal Communications team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing effective communication strategies. You’ll be responsible for creating clear, concise, and engaging content for a variety of internal audiences. Your work will directly impact employee understanding and engagement, contributing to a more informed and connected workforce.
Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of internal communications materials, including newsletters, announcements, presentations, and executive messages.
Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate messaging.
Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Develop creative and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Maintain a strong understanding of company initiatives and translate complex information into easily digestible communications.
Utilize various productivity and collaboration tools, including Google Sites, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in communications roles, with a proven track record of success.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and style.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in communications roles.
Experience working directly with executives.
Experience with graphic design and video editing.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.30 to $58.12 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
