Drive impactful marketing strategies for a global leader in online advertising! Partnering with Aquent, you’ll join a team dedicated to connecting customers with innovative advertising solutions. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will craft and execute campaigns that not only reach a vast audience but also resonate with their individual needs, ultimately shaping the future of digital advertising.

This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll be the architect of multi-channel campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and maximize impact. Collaboration is key, as you’ll partner with various teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and measure the success of your innovative strategies.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive adoption of advertising solutions.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to build targeted, multi-step campaigns that inform advertisers about new products, promotions, and optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with program owners to develop and refine channel strategies, experimenting with different communication approaches to deliver key messages effectively.
  • Implement a cross-channel mindset, tailoring messaging to the most appropriate media or media mix.
  • Analyze key metrics such as click-through rates, open rates, attribution, and engagement to optimize campaign performance.
  • Leverage internal CRM tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, monitor trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on strategy, tactics, goals, and campaign performance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in the advertising technology industry.
  • Familiarity with various digital marketing channels, including email, mobile, and in-app messaging.
  • Experience working with global teams and sharing best practices.
