An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Consumer Marketing Lead to join a dynamic EMEA team, focused on building meaningful connections with consumers and creators across diverse markets. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative thinker with a proven ability to lead large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business impact.

We’re looking for a marketer who is passionate about brand building, skilled at identifying growth opportunities, and experienced in delivering high-performing marketing strategies that resonate locally while aligning with global objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring insight-led, inclusive campaigns to life across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and shape consumer marketing opportunities across EMEA that contribute to growth and brand impact.

  • Lead the development of full-funnel marketing campaigns aligned with global strategies and tailored to regional market needs.

  • Translate insights and market data into actionable strategies and inspiring creative briefs.

  • Partner with internal insights teams and external agencies to deepen consumer understanding and drive innovation.

  • Deliver integrated, creative campaigns that connect with audiences and deliver on business goals.

  • Work cross-functionally with product, brand, and creative teams to ensure consistency across global and regional messaging.

  • Collaborate with creator and business teams across EMEA to develop unified go-to-market strategies.

  • Manage campaign measurement and learning agendas to assess performance and identify opportunities for scale.

  • Foster a test-and-learn culture to promote continuous innovation and optimisation.

  • Communicate strategies effectively across all levels of the organisation.

About You:

  • 12–15+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally in agile, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong EMEA/regional experience with global brands, demonstrating cultural fluency and market adaptability.

  • Proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns with measurable outcomes.

  • Highly proficient in using insights, data, and behavioural trends to inform strategy and execution.

  • Experienced in working within matrixed organisations and building cross-functional relationships.

  • Confident managing agency partners and internal teams to execute complex campaigns at scale.

  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with experience in KPI setting and performance tracking.

  • Fluency in English required; additional EMEA languages are a plus.

  • Experience in product or growth marketing is advantageous.
