About the Role
Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking a Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist to join their team in London. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of inbound and outbound hardware logistics, supporting operational excellence across warehousing, compliance, and fulfilment processes.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and review daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, including handling escalations related to hardware programs.

Support the preparation and execution of Value-Added Services (VAS) projects, including:

Setting up production lines at fulfilment centers for software-related updates
-
Coordinating and running end-to-end testing
-
Troubleshooting operational issues
-
Ensuring accurate communication of VAS requirements to warehouses

Monitoring the delivery and quality of VAS-related materials and output

Provide after-care support post-project, including resolving escalations and managing quality control.

Assist in resolving warehouse-related challenges including transportation delays, packaging and labeling issues, compliance queries, and software or product quality changes.
Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
-
2–3 years’ experience in logistics, order management, or hardware operations
-
Strong experience in supply chain program management
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, planning, and engineering teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Highly organized, self-starter with excellent attention to detail
-
Proficient with spreadsheets and intermediate SQL skills
