About the Role
Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking a Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist to join their team in London. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of inbound and outbound hardware logistics, supporting operational excellence across warehousing, compliance, and fulfilment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, including handling escalations related to hardware programs.

• Support the preparation and execution of Value-Added Services (VAS) projects, including:

  • Setting up production lines at fulfilment centers for software-related updates

  • Coordinating and running end-to-end testing

  • Troubleshooting operational issues

  • Ensuring accurate communication of VAS requirements to warehouses

  • Monitoring the delivery and quality of VAS-related materials and output

• Provide after-care support post-project, including resolving escalations and managing quality control.

• Assist in resolving warehouse-related challenges including transportation delays, packaging and labeling issues, compliance queries, and software or product quality changes.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

• 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, order management, or hardware operations

• Strong experience in supply chain program management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, planning, and engineering teams

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized, self-starter with excellent attention to detail

• Proficient with spreadsheets and intermediate SQL skills
