About the Role:
As a Partner Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind cultivating and expanding our network of growth partners. You’ll act as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration. Your focus will be on crafting and executing joint go-to-market strategies that fuel customer acquisition, enhance customer success, and elevate the overall partner experience. This role offers the exciting opportunity to shape the future of small business growth.

This is a 12 months, hybrid contract, offering £56,700 per annum, pro rata. The shortlisted candidates will be contacted by Tuesday 24th July. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of partners, serving as their main point of contact and fostering ongoing engagement.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of joint go-to-market strategies to drive customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on shared objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate on partner acquisition strategies, leveraging available channels and resources.
  • Champion the creation of new service offerings in conjunction with key partners.
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement resources to empower partners with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance partner engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, success, and support.
  • Analyze performance metrics, discern trends, and formulate data-driven recommendations to optimize partner strategies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in partnerships and business development, preferably within the SaaS industry or a related sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
  • A genuine passion for driving partner engagement and growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Martech, Ecommerce, and Digital Marketing Agency ecosystems.
  • Experience collaborating with small and medium-sized service partners.
  • Experience working across global time zones to effectively drive partner engagement.
