We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our UK Ecommerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms for our clients, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.

To complete this work successfully, the CSM will need to provide the following services:

  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns, including ad metrics, targeting, and optimization
  • Analyse data and provide actionable insights to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital media

5+ years of experience in customer acquisition or marketing, with expertise in: 

  • Ads Experience: Proven track record of managing and optimizing advertising campaigns, including expertise in ad metrics, targeting, and optimization.
  • Sales driving campaigns, leveraging products such as ASC / Advantage+, measuring ROAS / CPA & familiarity with tools such as Conversion Lift.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze large datasets, deliver actionable insights, and turn data into strategies.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects with attention to detail, and manage complex work streams to optimize marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
  • Sales driving campaigns, leveraging products such as ASC / Advantage+, measuring ROAS / CPA & familiarity with tools such as Conversion Lift.
  • A strong background in ad metrics, targeting, and optimization.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects to optimize marketing objectives is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of delivering actionable insights and turning data into strategies to drive business results is also preferred.
  • Experience in eCommercce is a nice to have
  • Experience with a CRM like salesforce is a nice to have
